The Noguchi Museum is a museum located in Long Island City, a neighborhood belonging to the New York City Borough of Queens. The museum was created and designed by Japanese sculptor Isamu Noguchi. The purpose of the museum is to showcase the works of Noguchi. The original conception was to partially open it to the public, but after a renovation, back in 2004 the museum now opens all year round.
The Noguchi Museum Admission
The Noguchi Museum opens from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and from 11 A.M. to 6 P.M. The museum remains closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. From May through September, the Museum stays open until 8 P.M. every First Friday, offering free admission all day. The General entrance fee is $10, seniors $5, and students $5.
