MoMA PS1 is one of the Nation’s largest art organization devoted solely to contemporary art. It’s located in Long Island City a neighborhood of the New York City Borough of Queens. The institution is the home of a massive collection on display, and in addition, it hots Sunday Session a performance series, the Warm Up summer music series, and the Young Architects Program together with the Museum of Modern Art. The alliance between MoMA PS1 and the Museum of Modern Art has been active since 2000. It attracts more than 200.000 visitors a year.

MoMA PS1 Warm Up 2019

The Warm Up series make a triumphal return to MoMA PS1 in 2019 bringing 9 incredible Saturdays featuring la creme de la creme in Electronic Music. Warm Up is famously known for its innovative and ambitious program helping up and coming artists while also showcasing established Dj’s.

MoMA PS1 Hours

MoMA PS1 is located at 22-25 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens, Postal Code, NY 11101. It opens on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 12 P.M. until 6 P.M. Saturdays it’s open until 9 P.M. for Warm Up.

MoMA PS1 2019

MoMA PS1 2019 is an amazing concert organized by the Museum of Modern Art and MoMA PS1 to be held in Long Island City near the end of the month of July. Artists such as Smino, Boogie, The Marias, Shenseea, Take A Drip, and Everyday People are set to appear.

MoMA PS1 Parking

Admission to MoMA PS1 costs $10 for adults, $5 for seniors, $5 for Students, ad Children enter for free. There is no direct parking, but some nearby options include Quick Park – Crescent, MTP Parking, and LittleMan Parking.

MoMA PS1 Shop

There are multiple MoMA PS1 stores not only in the US but also in Japan. Those in the US are located in 44 West 53rd Street it is open from 10 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Mon-Sun. There is also one in SoHo over at 81 Spring Street.

MoMA PS1 Kids

Art education for children is very important for MoMA PS1 which is why they organized several events aimed at children, for example, “A Closer Look for Children.” The kids are involved in a lively discussion regarding modern art expressions while admiring some of the most relevant pieces at MoMA PS1.
