Warnerville Queens, NY Private Investigator and Process Server
Warnerville is a small middle-class neighborhood, located in Rosedale.
It has only three streets and surrounded by Jamaica Bay, southwest of JFK Airport.
Its bordered by Rockaway Boulevard to the east.
His zip code is 11422.
In 2007 there was a flood in the septic tanks of Jamaica Bay and therefore the city started to install sanitary sewage systems in Warnerville.
The name he received was in honor of the famous Warner brothers, who used to go on vacation in the small bungalows in the area.
The place is often known as a lost and forgotten New York neighborhood because not much has changed in more than twenty years, just the sewer system.
Around the year 2000, the New York Times made a report of the area, where a resident said “It’s like the land of the lost. We’re part of New York, but nobody gives a damn about us”.
In terms of food services, the small neighborhood has only one restaurant, which has a beautiful view of the seashore.
Full service offers in-water dinners, and airplanes can be seen taking off from the airport.
This restaurant is the only attractive point of the visit to this residential and industrial zone, in spite of its beautiful views, it offers American food and seafood but with an emphasis on maritime food.
It is not recommended to go on foot, a pedestrian does not move easily in Warnerville. The bravest can try to cycle through the narrow, winding Brookville Boulevard through the swamps of Rosedale’s LIRR station. But it is also recommended to travel the area by car.
