Arden Heights Staten Island, NY Private Investigator and Process Server

Arden Heights is part of the Staten Island district in the New York City of the United States, specifically on the southern shore of the township, and the name of the Arden Heights neighborhood increasingly being applied to the western part of Annadale. On most maps of New York City is the name “Arden Heights,” including Hagstrom. This neighborhood located north of Huguenot, south of Fresh Kills, east of Arthur Kill, and west of Annadale.

In 1886 a famous Staten Island developer known as Erastus Wiman coined the name Arden Heights. Today, the neighborhood stands on a hill overlooking the Village Greens housing development and shopping center. For a long time, the neighborhood area was the site of a Roman Catholic orphanage called St. Michael’s Home For Children. In 1971, when New York City’s first planned urban development, the Village Greens, was inaugurated, Arden Heights underwent a serious transformation. In the late 1960s, Mayor John V. made an announcement. Lindsay, where it reported that it would take an average of approximately one hour and 15 minutes to travel from the Greens to Lower Manhattan.

Along Arthur Kill Road, local buses S84 and S74 serve the residents of Arden Heights, and along Annadale Road is the S55. Also, express buses to Manhattan offer their services along Arthur Kill Road and Woodrow Road is the SIM8, and between Arden Avenue and Arthur Kill Road is the SIM23 and the SIM2. Unfortunately, the neighborhood doesn’t have a station on Staten Island Railroad, but through the S55 bus, you can reach it at Annadale Station, which is near Arden Heights.
