Arlington Staten Island, NY Private Investigator and Process Server
Arlington located within the Staten Island district in New York City in the United States, precisely on the north coast of the municipality, being part of the Mariners’ Harbor neighborhood. It established west of Harbor Road and north of the North Shore Rail Line ROW. In recognition of the Arlington National Cemetery, this neighborhood named after resident Moses Henry Leman, who was a veteran of the Civil War. On Holland Avenue, Arlington is home to the Arlington Terrace Apartment complex.
The population consists of approximately 31,902 according to the census carried out in 2010. It has a diverse community but African American residents predominate, followed by Hispanic immigrants who make up 31% of the population, and a very small number of Asians and non-Hispanic whites. It characterized by being one of the most hard-working communities in the city but a large portion of the population lives below the poverty line being one of the poorest communities in the municipality of Staten Island. Arlington has both local and express bus service. Local bus routes are S46, S48 and S40, and express bus routes are SIM34 and SIM33. Unfortunately, Arlington no longer has the Staten Island Railroad’s Arlington station, which served until March 31, 1953.
In 1975, under the state Mitchell-Lama program, the Arlington Terrace apartments were built and had until recently been managed by Grenadier Recently. Its name was designated to honor two state senators. In 1955, the program was created to stimulate the production of low- and middle-income housing by offering generous tax breaks and low-interest mortgages to developers.
