Freeport Long Island, NY Private Investigator and Process Server

Freeport is a town that is part of the city of Hempstead which belongs to Nassau County, in turn, located on the southern shore of the Long Island district of New York City in the United States of America. It assigned under the official name of the Incorporated Village of Freeport. According to data calculated during the 2010 national census, the population of Freeport was 43,713 at that time.

Previously since the 1640s, this settlement was initially a community of oysters that years later became a very popular tourist center referring to the theatrical community of New York City. However, although it still retains some light industry and a modest commercial waterfront, today it is mostly a dormitory suburb. Through the passage through salt marshes, several channels across the southern part of the town, which allow access to the Atlantic Ocean, one of them is the Woodcleft Channel being the oldest channel of the late nineteenth century. Freeport has services such as fire and police departments, water, and even its own municipal electric company, which in turn is the second largest town in the state of New York. The town is bounded to the south by beautiful bays and salt flats, to the north by Roosevelt, to the west by Baldwin, and the east by Merrick.
