Islandia Long Island, NY Private Investigator and Process Server
Islandia is one of the incorporated towns that form part of the county of Suffolk belonging to the district of Long Island in the city of New York of the United States of America, this village is established more precisely in the northern part of the city of Islip. According to data recorded in 2010 during the national census of the same year, it documented that the population of the village of Islandia was composed of about 3,335 people residing in the area at that time. It attributed to the numbers 11749 and 11760 as its main postal codes.
The town encompasses a total land area of about 2.2 square miles or 5.7 km2 in total, according to data provided by the U.S. Census Bureau. Within the boundaries of the Islandia Village, specifically, the Lakeland Park in Suffolk County is established what is known as Honeysuckle Pond and should, therefore, be included in the geographical composition of this village. Previously, what is now considered a pond, was just a wilderness devoid of wildlife reduced to a muddy puddle, because in other words, it was virtually non-existent in the second half of 2016 and most of 2017.
Islandia is close to the geographic center of Long Island and is also located on both sides of the Long Island Expressway. The area does not have a central business district, however, it has Dave & Buster’s and a Walmart in the Central Islandia headquarters, and in 1985 Iceland became its own incorporated Villa.
