Linden Hill Queens, NY Private Investigator and Process Server

Based on population density Linden Hill is an inner-city neighborhood located in Queens, New York. Before becoming a neighborhood Linden Hill was formerly a private rural estate that belongs to the Mitchell family. Is a functioning middle-class sub-neighborhood of Flushing. There is a dispute between if it is popularly considered as a part of the bigger town of Flushing or if Linden Hill stands alone.

In this neighborhood is the oldest school in the state of New York. The Flushing High School public high school was built in 1912 and given its landmark status in 1991.

Liden Hill was part of the day of fumigation against the West Nile virus authorized by The New York City Health Department in the summer of 2013.

The real estate composition of Linden Hill is mostly composed of adjoining small apartment and house buildings, as a studio with two rooms. Or medium-sized, with three or four bedrooms. Most residents are renters.

It can be said that many of Linden Hill’s residences in the neighborhood are historic because were built approximately in 1939, and even, several of them, quite earlier. However, some were built between 1940 and 1969.

Linden Hill residents in Queens, New York, commonly identify themselves as a South American ethnicity. There is a comprehensive Mexican ancestry in the population, as well as some people,  have Puerto Rican roots, and also a few reports being of Dominican descent. For this reason, the most spoken language in the area is Spanish, 57.3% of families use this language, but some people also speak English.
