To determine the population of Prince’s Bay, New York City officials created a larger area which includes the neighborhoods of Pleasant Plains and Prince’s Bay, the combined population is of approximately 21.000 with a predominantly White demographic, although, the neighborhood is home to a longstanding Hispanic and Latino community. Prince’s bay has a lot to offer its residents and visitors from other boroughs, places like the Abraham Manee House, one of the oldest homes in the entire New York City. It was registered as an NYC landmark, and the Seguine House, a historic house. Wolfe’s Pond and Lemon Park, both located within town limits, are the closes green spaces. Public transportation is not a problem for the residents of this community, there’s a local station of the Staten Island Railway system, as well as several bus routes.
