Situated in the western section of the New York City borough of the Bronx lies University Heights a vibrant residential neighborhood, it is bounded by the Harlem River, Fordham Road, Burnside Avenue, and Jerome Avenue. It was named after New York city’s oldest university campuses, NYU, even after the campus was sold to the Bronx Community College, the name remained.
