Bethpage Long Island, NY Private Investigator and Process Server

Bethpage is one of the villages located within the Long Island district, which in turn is part of Nassau County in New York City in the United States of America, established more precisely within the city of Oyster Bay one of the cities belonging to this county. It also has slightly different borders from those of the village as well as a place designated by the census (CDP). According to the data provided by the 2010 census registration, the population of the CDP was about 16,429.

It is attributed the number 11714 used as the code for the postal service, whose area is served by the Bethpage Post Office and in comparison to the CDP boundaries, the boundaries of this area are slightly different. The following school districts, such as Plainedge Union Free School District, Island Trees Union Free School District, Hicksville Free School District, and Bethpage Free School District, are also responsible for serving and answering for the Bethpage people in educational matters, which in turn include parts of some surrounding villages as well as including parts of Plainedge, Old Bethpage, and Plainview.

On the City of Hempstead website at the location designated by the Levittown Census, a small part of the village of Bethpage is included. Thomas Powell, a Quaker, is the source of the town’s name, as he took inspiration from a biblical city of Bethphage in the Holy Land between Jerusalem and Jericho, thus baptizing the village with its present name. In 1695, the current Bethpage was part of the Bethpage Purchase.
