Brookville Queens, NY Private Investigator and Process Server

Brookville is a small, colorful neighborhood located in the New York City borough of Queens. Situated north of JFK Airport, it is a mostly working-class community riddled with single-family homes, with driveways, and picturesque front lawns. Residents enjoy a quiet suburban life in Brookville, with tree-lined trees, and leafy blocks of beautiful yards. People moving to this neighborhood won’t find much of the typical NYC apartment blocks, with the exception of a few rowhouses northeast of the Town, these Brownstones are the closest anyone will get of experiencing NYC apartments in Brookville. ZIP codes are 11413 and 11434, and it is patrolled by the 105th Precinct of the NYPD.

It has an estimated population of 40.000, with a predominantly Black demographics, although, like most neighborhoods in Queens, it is riched in cultural diversity. Together with its neighbor Springfield Gardens and Jamaica, Hollis, Rochdale, and Baisley Park make up the Queens Community Board 12. Public transportation is limited in Brookville, which can make the commute somewhat problematic. The Laurelton Station is located on the opposite side of town, carrying passengers from and to Midtown’s Penn station, a trip which normally takes between 30 and 45 minutes.

Brookville’s quiet and peaceful residential experiences do come at a price since most of the shopping and other errands will take place in Springfield Gardens. It is safe to assume, this town is a Bedroom Community. The nearest parks are Springfield Park, which offers several recreational and entertainment opportunities for all visitors, and Brookville Park, the preferred destination for runners.
