Cambria Heights Queens, NY Private Investigator and Process Server

Situated in the southeastern section of Queens, one of the five boroughs in New York City lies Cambria Heights. A residential neighborhood bordered by Springfield Boulevard. It has a population of approximately 20.000, with predominantly Black demographics. ZIP code is 11411. Police protection is under the capable hands of the 105th Precinct of the New York City Police Department. Together with neighboring towns like Laurelton, Rosedale, Floral Park, and Queens Village, make up the Queens Community Board 13. The town was named after the Cambria Title Savings and Trust Company, a bank located in Pennsylvania, who provided the necessary financing for the town’s redevelopment during the 1920s. Cambria Heights sits in one of the highest geographical points of Queens.

People moving into Cambria Heights will soon discover the meaning of the expression “cookie-cutter style,” which gives the town a somewhat abnormal first look. However, despite this symmetrically urban atmosphere, Brookville is by no means a boring area. The housing market consists mostly of single-family homes with tree-lined quiet streets. It is one of the preferred neighborhoods to raise a family. Access to public transportation is a tad complicated, the town sits between two major Long Island Railroad lines, none which are within walking distance, making the commute to the City complicated. Going into Manhattan, the best option is the express bus X64, which takes about an hour. The commercial hub is located on Linden Avenue, where people can find restaurant chains, and do most of their errands without leaving Town.
