Chinatown Queens, NY Private Investigator and Process Server

There are several Chinatowns spread across the New York City borough of Queens. The first Chinatown in Queens was established in Flushing, serving as a satellite of Manhattan’s Chinatown. However, in time, it grew exponentially to such proportions that surpassed the original and developed satellites of its own located in Elmhurst, Corona, and Eastern Queens. Combined they have a population of 237.484 Chinese-Americans. Also, the combined numbers of all Chinatown communities across New York City, make up for the largest Chinese enclave outside of China, with an estimated population of 894.000. As a part of Flushing, it belongs to the Queens Community Board 7.

ZIP codes are 11354, 11355, 11358, and like the rest of Flushing, it is patrolled by the officers of the 109th Precinct of the New York City Police Department. Nowadays, the Flushing Chinatown is the largest and faster-growing Chinese enclave outside of China, with little over 30.000 individuals born there. The heart of Chinatown is the intersection of Main Street and Roosevelt Avenue, in this privileged location is where the largest concentration of Chinese businesses lie, like all the famous restaurants, and an office of the Bank of China. The predominant languages are Mandarin Chinese and English, although, almost all dialects spoken in China are also present in Flushing Chinatown.

Public transportation isn’t an issue for this neighborhood, not only do the residents have quick access to one of the busiest subway stations in all of Queens, but they also have access to 22 bus routes leading to and from Chinatown.
