Clason Point Bronx, NY Private Investigator and Process Server

Clason Point is part of the Bronx of New York City, located geographically in the southern section of the district. It is a peninsula composed of a collection of neighborhoods incorporating also the communities of Harding Park, Soundview and Bronx River Houses. Clockwise, Clason Point is bounded by Lafayette Avenue, East River, White Plains Road/Pugsley Creek Park, and the Bronx River to the north, south, east and west respectively.

The main avenue of Clason Point is Soundview Avenue which crosses the entire neighborhood. This avenue before the construction of the Bronx River Parkway, then known as Clason’s Point Road, extended from Harding Park between O’Brien Avenue and White Plains Road to Soundview-Bruckner at Morrison Avenues and Westchester. Clason Point is located within the Bronx Community Board and is assigned numbers 10473 and 10472 as its zip codes. In the Throggs Neck section of the Bronx, PSA 8 at 2794 Randall Avenue patrols the NYCHA property area.

This neighborhood has a variety of large residential complexes. There are several types such as rents, public housing, and high-rise cooperatives. In fact, in the Bronx district, Clason Point has one of NYCHA’s highest and most concentrated projects. There are still some pre-war apartment buildings about 6 or 5 stories high, located in Westchester Avenue across the IRT Pelham El Line, as well as attached houses positioned in a row along with the neighborhood. The Westchester Avenue has a higher concentration of commercial establishments, however other roads of the neighborhood also offer services of pharmacies, supermarkets, more economic stores, warehouses, and fast-food premises.
