Corona is one of the most famous neighborhoods of the New York City borough of Queens. It is bounded by Flushing and the Flushing Meadows-Corona Park. There is also a large Chinese population living in Corona, and serving as a satellite community to Flushing Chinatown.

ZIP code is 11368, and it is under the police protection of the 110th Precinct of the New York City Police Department, currently ranking as the 15th safest Precinct in the City. Public transportation isn’t an issue for the residents of Corona, there is an IRT Flushing Line station available, and eight bus lines to get in or out of the neighborhood.

Corona is one of Queens’ most densely populated neighborhood. However, the housing market remains as one of the most affordable of the entire borough. To the east, residents of Corona will find the famous Flushing Meadows-Corona Park, the place where not one, but two World’s Fair took place in 1939 and 1964. It is one of the largest parks in the City and home to Citi Field, and of course, the USTA National Tennis Center. Another place of interest for the residents it’s the Louis Armstrong House.
