Randall Manor Staten Island, NY Private Investigator and Process Server
Situated on the northern shore of Staten Island, one of the five boroughs sits the beautiful residential community of Randall Manor. It is bounded by Lafayette Avenue, Bard Avenue, Forest Avenue, and Henderson Avenue. The town was named after Captain Richard Randall, an acclaimed sea captain and founder of the Sailors Snug Harbor. Living in Randall Manor means residing surrounded by a rich history and a tightly knit community. Along with the fellow neighborhoods of Arlington, Castleton Corners, Meiers Corners, Grymes Hills, Willowbrook, Rosebank, Sunnyside, St. George, Elm Park, West Brighton, and Silver Lake belongs to the Staten Island Community Board 1.
The streets of Randall Manor are patrolled by the capable officers at the 120th Precinct of the New York Police Department, and the ZIP codes are 10301 and 10310. The population is approximately 6.000 with a predominantly White demographic, although, there is a longstanding and growing Hispanic and Latino community. Since most housing development in Randall Manor was finished by the time the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge opened in 1964, the neighborhood was left untouched by the construction boom following the completion of the bridge. Surprisingly, this little fact makes of Randall Manor one of the most charming and picturesque little communities in all of Staten Island. Streets are lined with Maple and Oak trees, giving it a unique atmosphere.
Public transportation is not a problem for the town’s morning commuters. Residents are close to the St. George Ferry Terminal, and there are several bus routes serving the community.
