Castle Hill Bronx, NY Private Investigator and Process Server

Castle Hill is a Bronx middle-class neighborhood in New York City, located precisely in the south-central part of the borough. This mostly residential neighborhood is a member of the Bronx 9 Community Board. It is bordered on the south by East River, on the north by Waterbury and Westchester Avenues, on the west by White Plains Road and the east by Westchester Creek. Numbers 10462, 10472 and 10473 correspond to it as zip codes. The 43rd Precinct of the New York Police Department covers the area, and the 2794 Randall Avenue area the P.S.A. patrols the property of the Housing Authority of the City of New York.

Castle Hill has a high concentration of immigrants from several countries, including countries of the West Indies and Latin countries. It also has a notable African American group. The neighborhood suffered a major fire in the 1970s, which caused a part of the area not to develop, many were forced to move and not return for a while as their homes severely destroyed.

During its history, the neighborhood has gone through many changes that have transformed it into what it is today. Many years ago, European immigrants considered Castle Hill as their refuge who at the same time differentiated themselves from adjacent neighborhoods of immigrants claiming their rights in the area. Castle Hill has become a densely populated area because elevated trains were built on Westchester Avenue attracting residents and merchants who have taken advantage of the neighborhood to develop all kinds of businesses.
