Malba Queens, NY Private Investigator and Process Server

Malba was founded by Maycock, Alling, Lewis, Bishop and Avis, creators and founders of Malba Land Company. From the first letter of each surname of the founding families came the name of this subsection, which is settled north of Whitestone.

Its population is mostly composed of white people of European descent, from countries such as Italy, Greece, Ireland, and also Jews. There is also a small number of Asian Americans in this section. Mainly, Malba’s residential homes are characterized by big houses.

Since its beginning, Malba’s land has captured the attention of users who wish to be owners of a generous land, Because when you buy a property in Malba, you get with it a considerable portion of land. The average size for Queens is 40 percent per lot, while in Malba the average is for lots of two, three, four, even five times that size.

David Roe was the first known resident of the region, arrived from England in the 1940s. To the west of this bay, there was a farm owned by Roe. He substantially increased his acquisition of the highlands, which later would become what is nowadays Malba.

In 1908, when Malba was established, a substantial number of buyers have fallen in the coastal district throughout the last decade, a consequence of the first houses being built smaller than those allowed by today’s zoning. Users have swept through several fields, such as large ranches and Cape Cods and building larger and more luxurious new homes instead.
